    Our services may include flight support coordination, ground handling arrangements, permits and clearances, operational assistance, crew support, transportation coordination, and related aviation services.<\/p>

    The exact scope of services will be defined in the confirmed agreement, quotation, or operational request between both parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\n2. Service Requests & Confirmations<\/span>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • All service requests are subject to availability, operational approval, and applicable aviation regulations.<\/li>
    • Service confirmations are only valid once approved in writing by Alpha One Aviation Support Services.<\/li>
    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate operational details, schedules, and documentation required for service coordination.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • All quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal.<\/li>
      • Prices may be adjusted due to operational changes, airport fees, fuel costs, government charges, or additional client requests.<\/li>
      • Payment terms will be specified in the invoice or service agreement.<\/li>

          Alpha One Aviation Support Services is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:<\/p>

          • Weather conditions<\/li>
          • Airport restrictions or closures<\/li>

          • Air traffic control delays<\/li>
